Staff friendly and efficient.

The vehicle I was interested in was available at the time I was speaking to your sales exec. However I was later told that it had been sold as we spoke, but on phoning the branch where this vehicle was - I was informed that it was still for sale and indeed is still for sale, on going to view this vehicle there was marks on both rear doors which required body repairs and paint work. In the past I also had a problem with your portadown branch where the car in question was priced on web page at one price and when they sent me a video of vehicle it was approx £1300 cheaper. I wasn't impressed.

At point 2 I only gave 3 stars as you sent me numerous reminders to book a service after it was already booked. These continued after I had emailed requesting that you stop sending them.

I have a slight water leak which needs further investigation
