Could not fault the service offered by your team. Car had quite a bad oil leak and when I booked the appointment I was advised it would be the following week but if I wasn't planning on driving the car, I could leave over and they would try to fit in earlier. Dropped off on the Wednesday, by Thursday morning they had confirmed what was needed and parts ordered, ready to collect on Saturday morning. Excellent communication which can be the most frustrating issue, well done to all

The service I received was second to non will was amazing from the second I stepped foot in the showroom he couldn’t have been more helpful I feel he went above and beyond to be honest, the manager Matt was also very helpful and so friendly they made a great team and I will absolutely won’t go elsewhere when I decide to change again but I very happily picked up my lovely pulsar on Saturday!

Before emailing an ‘invoice’ to the customer without warning, make sure you explain that all the cost/s are covered under the warranty, so as not to give them a heart attack before picking their vehicle up. Just a suggestion.🤷🏻‍♂️
