Before emailing an ‘invoice’ to the customer without warning, make sure you explain that all the cost/s are covered under the warranty, so as not to give them a heart attack before picking their vehicle up. Just a suggestion.🤷🏻‍♂️

Would like to say how much I was impressed by Naomi in Newtownards. It was nice to talk to a female member of staff. She was friendly helpful and transparent. I spent a lot longer there than I anticipated. There was excellent follow up as well. I had very positive experience. Thank you Naomi

Overall good service however I ordered a heat pack to be fitted to my car but on pick up I found it had not been fitted. Took the car & staff v apologetic but disappointed with error. I believe it was a genuine mistake but should not have happened & many would have complained more. Made experience of buying a bit flat even tho they tried to make up for error. Also online signature process quite involved & complicated.
