Excellent customer service, especially during these trying times. Hand sanitiser clearly visible as soon as I entered the building, I was able to walk straight to reception, book in and be seated within 2 minutes. Whilst I waited, the eager beavers in services , completed the car service , sent me emails to keep me up to date and video footage, showing me the results and any work done . My key and car where sanitized before being handed back to me. Only 4 stars because I didn't find the customer waiting area seats comfy ... was in pain rest of the night.
