Service team were very friendly

We called without appointment for a look and didn’t really expect any attention as such. The chap that dealt with us was very helpful and knew the answers to all our questions.

The only thing I would say is that less than 24 hours after getting my car back a type pressure light came on. This was due to Charles Hurst changing a tyre on my vehicle. I did not know that the driver can reset this themselves as I've never had a new car before and thankfully my sister showed me how to do it. Perhaps if you change a tyre or do something that is likely to set this light off you should warn the customers that this can happen and show them what to do.

I was more than happy with the service. Johnathan was very attentive, explained everything, and kept me informed of progress. Very happy.

My experience was excellent and hassle-free. Jonathan was extremely courteous and detailed regarding all aspects of the vehicle check in preparation for the MOT. I was notified of progress at all times. It was brilliant that the car was taken to the MOT on my behalf.Also, a couple of weeks ago, I called in without appointment on a Saturday morning regarding a blow out on a tyre and a light bulb problem and Jonathan sorted it all out and couldn't have been more helpful. I was relieved I could leave knowing everything was safe about the car.

I think it is important to tell customers than hybrid/electric cars battery charges are affected by the different seasons before they buy a car.
