The service we received was fine, nothing wrong, but just not as high as in Vaxhall and the extremely friendly service we received from Gary Daly in Nissan where we ended up purchasing.

Where do I start? Jennifer is our motability specialist who couldn't have done more to help us and make the process as smooth as could be. It's just a pity she was on holiday for the collection but we will see her when she returns, to bring her a thank you gift! Johnny took over for the collection and made it a seamless process. Explained everything we needed to know and told us not to hesitate to contact him any time if we need to. Finally a big shout out to the manager Ross who loaned my husband his own car for a test drive as it was the same model we had ordered.
