The Motability agent Jennifer was absolutely excellent with me. She was very very helpful and understanding of my situation. She let me test drive two cars and would have let me test drive others if needed. Jennifer was able to get me the car of my choice within one week which I was delighted about. She was extremely friendly and caring.
