Lewis was very thorough in showing me all of the functions of the car and ensuring I had all the information I needed. Although the team had a difficult morning as one of their colleagues took unwell on the shop floor, they all remained very professional whilst still attending to the colleague. They still offered an amazing service and even thought they were probably extremely worried and anxious about their colleague, they remained very composed and didn't rush the handover of the vehicle.

I bought remotely from Charles Hurst Peugeot Boucher Rd. My whole experience was one of extreme satisfaction at the professionalism and conduct of the staff, specially Johnathon Richards who throughout the entire process was extremely courteous and helpful in putting your mind at ease when not seeing a car in person(I live 350 miles away). He sent several videos showing the car in detail and I must say I have had the best deal of my car purchase ever. The car (19 reg) was virtually brand new and unmarked and low milage and very low price, that I couldn't believe it when I saw the car which was delivered to my house on a big lorry, very smoothly. Lastly I must stress that at least in my case, I experienced the most pleasant car buying interaction that I have had.
