The actual repair, when I eventually got it, was excellent. I could not give 5 stars because of the very protracted waiting times prior to the repair taking place.Initially I had 2 services at which the problem was not addressed. The problem got much worse, so I requested a diagnostics. I had to wait 6 weeks for that whilst the problem (starting the vehicle) continued to worsen.Eventually the diagnosis revealed that a "battery stabilisation protection unit " would be required. I made payment (£596) in advance as requested. I was given an ETA of 3 days. In fact, the delivery took 2 weeks. During that time nobody saw fit to contact me to explain that a substantial delay was being experienced. So, I am unable to give a 5-star rating, but was pleased that the vehicle is now giving no further cause for concern.

Adam was my first point of contact and his customer services skills were excellent. Adam helped and really exceeded my expectations of Charles Hurst, after having poor service from Landrover Dept. Adam got back to me when he said, great communication. The service I hope is good and my car will preform well to its next service, thank you
