Handover was factual and to the point, there was no fanfare like last car from Peugeot CH. I am disappointed to say unlikely to return to CH despite having purchased my last 5/6 cars with yourselves as have my family but the customer experience on this occasion was poor The motability admin was easily handled, Johnny was polite and showed the basic controls of car. Unlike the last Peugeot car I collected there was no unveiling of car, car was just parked in 1st space of car park, therefore saw it on arrival and was not parked well, driver side was almost on the parking line making it awkward for me to get in, there was less the 1/4 tank of petrol (previously had a lot more with all other cars purchased from CH) and considering my repeated complaints there was no acknowledgment of this or any complimentary add ons to soften the frustrations

Questoin 4 and 5 were not applicable for us. I can only say that Jennifer Farmer is a huge asset to Charles Hurst Belfast, nothing is too much trouble, always informative and a genuine very nice person. Ross the Manager was also the same. Look after them as word gets about and they could easily be poached!
