The app was useful in tracking the progress of my vehicle, but in my experience wasn’t updated within the appropriate timescales. My car was ready before the app was updated.

Pleasant experience and excellent service received all round. I arrived at 08:20 am to have my car serviced while i waited, i was greeted by Odhran, I must say he is very pleasant and knowledgeable young man, during my waited Odhran asked if I needed anything and showed me tea, coffee machine etc while also keeping me informed of the process my car was at.
