I remained at the showroom while final checks for my MOT test were being carried out and my assigned member of personnel gave updates on progress all along the way…therefore likely no need for a video. Odhran had been assigned to managing a previous servicing of my car and his excellent level of attention to detail remained top class. In general, he adopts a very professional level of communication, explains things well and pepper information given with a nice level of humour while remaining on task. He would be any excellent mentor/trainer for others involved in Customer Relations. Fit for a role at a higher level in the organisation.
