Handover was factual and to the point, there was no fanfare like last car from Peugeot CH.I am disappointed to say unlikely to return to CH despite having purchased my last 5/6 cars with yourselves as have my family but the customer experience on this occasion was poorThe motability admin was easily handled, Johnny was polite and showed the basic controls of car. Unlike the last Peugeot car I collected there was no unveiling of car, car was just parked in 1st space of car park, therefore saw it on arrival and was not parked well, driver side was almost on the parking line making it awkward for me to get in, there was less the 1/4 tank of petrol (previously had a lot more with all other cars purchased from CH) and considering my repeated complaints there was no acknowledgment of this or any complimentary add ons to soften the frustrations

Questoin 4 and 5 were not applicable for us. I can only say that Jennifer Farmer is a huge asset to Charles Hurst Belfast, nothing is too much trouble, always informative and a genuine very nice person. Ross the Manager was also the same. Look after them as word gets about and they could easily be poached!

I was very happy with Jennifer in the Belfast branch helping me with my first ever motability car but I had a very poor and stressful experience from Peugeot themselves losing my car and no one being able to find out where it was or to its traveling round France for weeks on end and not being able to find someone to bring it in the UK. I felt the system of Jennifer emailing admin for them to then email logistics, wait for them to reply if they could even find the car and then get back to myself a horrendous experience and extreemly poor method of communication. Even when I complained to customer care thinking they may be able to help a bit more i was wrong and they just asked Jennifer what she knew about my car. It was a complete joke and something desperately needs to change with this ineffective and prehistoric method of communication. I couldn't even speak to someone higher up in the chain of command because they would just ask Jennifer again what she knew and I didn't want to bother her any more than I already was. Or giving Jennifer the wrong information leading me to selling my own car 10 weeks early hence my frustration and anxiety not being able to get out and about in that time period. I know this will not happen next time as i will be swopping one motability car for another and wont be without a car for an extended period of time so perhaps I will have better feed back then apart from Jennifer is an excellent sales woman and very knowledgeable about the motability scheme and got my car to me as soon as she possibly could.

James was fantastic from start to finish, never any issues, quick to resolve any questions I had, nice friendly attitude always from James.As it’s a Motability product ordered service plan is N/A.Will be more than happy to use James again in the future when re-ordering a car.
