The car has to go back into workshop, one of the glow plugs that was replaced during the service is faulty, difficult to get out.

Jonathan and other staff members were very helpful and answered all of my questions patiently.

All information was given in a vert friendly, professional way but a lady who showed she cared and knew what she was doing. Excellent job.

The actual repair, when I eventually got it, was excellent. I could not give 5 stars because of the very protracted waiting times prior to the repair taking place.Initially I had 2 services at which the problem was not addressed. The problem got much worse, so I requested a diagnostics. I had to wait 6 weeks for that whilst the problem (starting the vehicle) continued to worsen.Eventually the diagnosis revealed that a "battery stabilisation protection unit " would be required. I made payment (£596) in advance as requested. I was given an ETA of 3 days. In fact, the delivery took 2 weeks. During that time nobody saw fit to contact me to explain that a substantial delay was being experienced. So, I am unable to give a 5-star rating, but was pleased that the vehicle is now giving no further cause for concern.
