My car was delayed due to the manufacturer & I was left without a car due to my Hp lease ending. I was met by the manager Paul Regan @peugeot Charles hurst, who was very caring about my situation with having children to drive about & brought me into his office & did everything in his power to find me a car asap as they had no courtesy cars & I was put in a beautiful new 308 until my car arrived. I was very grateful. I then got a call my car was in, manager Paul gave me the good news that the car arrived with an extra, which was a seat pack at no extra cost to me which was a nice surprise. Due to my experience with the manager Paul I would recommend Peugeot at Charles hurst Belfast to anyone, his customer service was best care Iv received & also floor manager Ross that also was at hand to help.

Jonathan the service manager was helpful in every way, keeping me up to date with my car's progress. I was pleased with the way Hursts handled my car and am confident it will go through the MOT this week.
