The man who communicated the status of the service, the options available etc. was excellent.When I first arrived, there was some confusion as to my booking, which caused some anxiety. The booking had been made under my partners name which I was unaware of. When I gave the car reg and my name, it was not enough and when I thought about trying my partners name, it was found. I thought a reg would be all that was needed.
