My car is through my war pension/ motability. I thought as part of the service package the car gets a hoover / wash . The car got a quick wash but front and back was still same . Wasn't hoovered at all . Other than that it was great service

Overall experience was excellent. The only issue I had was trying to book online and my registration was apparently invalid but a call to the dealership sorted it all out easily.Could do with checking car hire prices before letting the customer know - I was told by the dealership that it would be £27 when it was actually £40!

Lewis was so helpful and accommodating when helping me source the perfect car for me. He answered every query quickly and efficiently and I never felt as though anything was too much trouble. Ross in finance was also lovely and happy to talk me through any queries or processes. They made a potentially stressful situation into a really easy one.I’d recommend and cannot thank them both enough for such a seamless process.
