Service excellent. (Jamie, at Boucher Road service team looked after the preparation for my vehicle's M.O.T).Jamie informed me of the work needed for the car to be ready. M.O.T appointment (time, date, and location) also booked. I collected my car on the same day, so I wasn't inconvenienced. Thank you. A good experience.

I was very impressed with my service advisor Jamie Meek who explained the process to me and kept me up to date and who organised pick up of my keys from the sales dept when I was delayed.

I was really very pleased with the service. Staff very helpful. I always have the car and mot carried out by Charles Hurst and am a very satisfied customer.Just one little thing. I did join the service plan this time. The documentation was to be sent to me by email but so far I have not yet received it.
