Jamie is excellent. He is dependable and keeps in contact. Does what he says. Another member of staff who I dealt with initially was not diligent in Returning calls with updates. I was delighted when the phone rang and it was Jamie as I have been looked after by him before and again he was the ideal customer service model. Thank you Jamie! The only issue is how difficult it is to get booked in. If your car can’t be driven and you rely on it this is a major problem.

I went to Peugeot looking a specific deal i seen advertised on Charles Hurst website. Although that deal was no longer available I was happy with the finance deal sorted for me. James kept in touch with me throughout and kept me up to date throughout the wait of my car. Excellent service from James himself and im more than happy with my car.

As usual we were more than happy the way we were treated by Oran in the service depatment.I had a couple of requests along with the service and all were looked after.Its staff like this young man thst makes it a plessure to be a customer at CH Peugeot.I have no problem letting others know of your great customer care and have done so.Its wonderful to see well trained and curtious young people in these positions and egar to help customers.AGAIN 20 OUT OF 10 TO ORAN and your service team.Thank you all Richard Gladney a very happy customer.
