jennifer who i have dealt with many times was her usual efficient self and with the enevitable problems due to covid etc she kept me well informed with dates and expected dates otherwise i probably would have panicked a bit. her personality under such conditions that were out of her control shone thru and from e.mails and phone calls her re assurance in every call set my mind at rest
