hi i could not reach agrement for the price of the car

Due to the delay with my suv I found the communication to b none existant I only found out on the fri by mobility that my car was iin to b collected I had to ring them 2 arrange to collect my car gr8 service but poor communication

It was motability so answered the surgery with that in mind. Jenny yet again was so amazing, helpful, understanding, kind, friendly so patient and helped me understand everything. Always love dealing with Jenny nothing is bother and she really does go above and beyond. Plus she really gets to know me and ask how my boys are just wee personal things like that show how much she cares for her customers. She's a wee star.

There was a delay in delivery due to problem with a part on the car. This was frustrating but was eventually sorted to my satisfaction

I found the staff very friendly, helpful and informative. I was sent a video detailing what the issues were with my car which the service colleague then called and talked me through. He answered my queries honestly and made me feel at ease. I would recommend the Peugeot Service centre to other users.

My car was assigned to Odhran at the After-Sales Reception. A very professional young man who took notes on all requests. He has good listening skills and retains eye contact throughout an exchange which can be rare these days in one so young. He also has a relaxed personality with no question or task seeming to be a bother and inspires customer confidence in his returns. I also merit that he was happy to say he needed to enquire from another colleague to secure technical information. I would imagine Odhran is fairly newly appointed and at a junior level but should be earmarked for management level training in the future within the group. Recruitment is my business and I can spot the good employment qualities and potential to manage and lead others. Please add my ‘gold star’ remarks to Odhran’s HR record for future reference. I have been a Peugeot customer at this showroom approx 30 year with my previous return of this level was for John Branken who was within sales at this Peugeot showroom at that time who now operates at top management level within the Charles Hurst Group (if not retired).
