Staff in the dealership all very informative, pleasant and helpful.Reduced score for the booking process as the online system did not provide info on availability of slots, so I was contacted to re-schedule the appointment as the slot I selected was not available. Staff member on phone was very helpful.

Odrhan in servicing was friendly and more than helpful...I felt like he went the extra mile to make my service experience as stressfree and efficient as possible. He remembered and used my name, made good eye contact while explaining everything to me, smiled, listened and was very polite. He phoned me when he said he would. He even reattached my key to my keyring as I didn't want to hurt my arthritic fingers!..he is an asset to ur company.
