Ben was excellent in trying to answer questions on the vehicle we were interested and spent a lot of time on it. We thought we had the right vehicle but discovered after much contact that the advert wrongly itemised a sunroof when there wasn't one (the advert still does!). Despite this we decided we could go ahead with the purchase if a suitable discount to the advertised price could be offered. Unfortunately this was not forthcoming so we decided not to proceed, otherwise we would still be interested.

I changed my mind about my purchase in he January Sale of a 320i. I had a 2 or 3 options from my first visit and changed my order to a 218i Gran Tourer. There was no bother changing my selection and my Salesman Ben Mullan completed the transaction. The car drives beautifully and is immaculate for its year.
