James was very professional start to finish of deal

when purchasing the car on a friday i was assured the car would be ready the following wednesday i did not recieve the car until the following friday..i was disappointed that the car was not freshly washed & valeted as i was promised it would be, i understand delays can happen but my disappointment lies in the communication from sales as i was informed i would be contacted on the monday with an update when in actual fact i had to phone the dealership for an update myself on the tuesday & again on the wednesday..also after taking delivery of the car i was told i would recieve a follow up courtesy call from sales.. this also did not happen.
