We dealt with Ben Mullan at Premium Direct Boucher Road and he was excellent as his job including - arranging an appointment and test drive - providing clear information on finance and other options - sorting the practicalities of trade in and new vehicle handover including doing the handover at another dealership in the group closer to us. - General communication throughout the peocess

Sales man Ciaran was friendly, efficient and made things happen and was easy to deal with. The car itself is an absolute beauty BMW 220i with a semi-automatic gearbox with mint condition. Only slight issue I have is that there was a week delay to get an alloy fixed and windows tinted. When I came back after a week the window tints had been ‘forgotten’ about and I had to do it on my own time. However overall I’m pleased with the car and purchase experience

Ben is a very knowledgeable young sales man who we were happy to deal with and would certainly recommend him to anyone. The valet on the car | purchased could have been better. The visors were covered in make up from the previous owner. And generally I thought it would have been to a better standard.
