A few months after buying our car there was a fault with the clutch. Having contacted customer services the issue was resolved quickly and professionally and we have not had any issues since. Warranty and customer service were the main reasons we shopped with Charles Hurst and to say they lived up to their name is an understatement. I would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

Don’t need to spend time trying to sell other products such as GardX and Gap insurance.

I was able to secure a rough quote from other dealers, obviously when we see each others cars this can be tweaked, but all I got was come in come in.....if I was wanting to come in I would have, but I was wanting to see first if it was worth it for me to travel as I was not local.

I mentioned a cracked windscreen after I test drove the car I purchased but it was not fixed before I collected the vehicle when I purchased it unfortunately
