I visited the showroom on 16 October after an invitation to review my situation. I met with Ellen Hickland who confirmed she would email me through the details of what we discussed, and the figures involved in part-exchanging my vehicle. She did not follow up so I emailed her on 17 October with my queries. I did not receive a reply so I chased for a response on 27 October, but have still heard nothing. I am therefore seeking a new vehicle from elsewhere.

Been in three times. First time no one couos see me, made appointment to come back, your employee had no clue aboit finance options or figures. Came back a third time to look, employee couldn't tell me when car was would be available. Said I wanted the one in the show room and was told I couldnt have it but 3 weeks prior to that I was told it was sold to someone. So I order to purchase a car, I jad to iur have before being ts when I could havee one.. ridiculous.... fella went thought a quote and it turned out mo they.paents were a hella lot higher tha quoted before. Try sending your staff to BMW for customer service training. Will never be back near Renault..even throwing money as you all, ya still couldn't loft the phone. This email for a survey is the first instance heard from anyone...seems yoi dont need kich skill to seel cars these day or any knowledge for that matter.

It took several attempts to reach a salesperson. However once Stephen in Renault Belfast was given the details he handled my enquiry and organised a test drive promptly, and provided us with a competitive quote.

Couldn't advise when a vehicle would be available and continued to take details probably as it was another target they had to show. Waste of time The visit prior to that, the salesperson didn't even know about the method of ownership i wanted and he worked in the business section. Price he gavme varied massively from another colleague.

I phoned to enquire about a car. I spoke to someone. I shared my email address. I have not received anything - most disappointing service.
