I previously got my mobility car from Charles Hurst Boucher Rd Belfast and was extremely happy with the service the team provided especially Ruth. This time I am using CH at Mallusk Newtownabbey as it is closer to my home . I have already ordered my new motobility car with Justin and will be due to hopefully pick it up appx in 6 months .

I would like to say that Paul Maxwell was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely helpful and fully informed on all aspects of the car I bought. He didn't pressure me but made me aware of all the options available. He is an asset to the company.

Declan was very pleasant and easy to deal with he explained everything best to his knowledge apart from keeping telling me the cruise control in this wee car is great but in actual fact the car dudnt actualy have cruise control a bit dissapointing. but really didn't have a good explanation as to why there was an extra 60 miles on the clock since I'd signed for the car which could be an issue with my HPagreement if I'm over the 8000 miles a year contract. Also the car could have been valeted a bit better when I opened the car doors the paintwork on them all was very dirty (not great when your selling to a cleaner ) and I still haven't received my £99 holding fee back I am happy with the wee twingo just a few minor issues around getting it .
