Great reception

The service I received from the staff was very good and they kept me informed The only problem was that it took 4 weeks to source the part that was required

We I have to say every member of staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Daglan and Joe delt with my new purchase and got me a good price for my old car top blokes. Ruth was also a pleasant member of staff that talked to my mum and the lady at the front desk didn't get her name top class customer services would 100% recommend this dealership. Thanks again Daglan for your help and I'm sure ur glad to see me drive away🚗 lol

None, can't fault the team at Charles Hurst Renault. 20 years plus dealing with them and never a problem that couldn't be resolved. Service is always 1st class and always treated like a customer not just a sales figures like other dealerships do.

Regardless of whether or not my service is in Belfast or Newtownards the one stand out aspect of the visit it consistently the nature and attitude of your customer service representatives. I'm always impressed every time I attend and they are easily the reason I don't consider taking my car anywhere else. Your staff are something that you can be very proud of. They reflect very well on your business.

The service tracker didn't give me any updates until I arrived back to pick up the car at the agreed time. In fact the car had been picked up & we were back home before I got a message saying the car was ready. Apart from that the service was very good
