Good communication from Hurst’s, but the hire car process with Enterprise did not work initially. It took a number of calls to sort it out a day later than promised.

I was disappointed that I wasn't told that I needed to book a waiting appointment when I booked my appointment! I was only told on the day of the appointment, when the service advisor said my car would take approximately 4 hours to have its service done and I said I cannot wait 4 hours and had to make another appointment for the next week. Surely I should have been told when I booked the appointment, instead of making a fruitless journey up from my home in Carrickfergus, a journey of 30 miles, please advise your staff to inform customers of this in future!
