We had the Captur in for service as warning light had come on. We were told all four tyres needed to be replaced. We had this done but the service light wouldn’t go so we had to return and was explained to us we needed one of the wheel sensors replaced. A bit of a nightmare but happy with everyone who took care of us.

I booked my service online but when I called to confirm prior to travelling to dealer they had no record of my booking but were able to make the booking for an alternative date. After this communication was excellent.
