Genuine first class service, treated with respect from start to finish when getting my VW Golf serviced; nothing was too much trouble and everything I mentioned to check over was done and explained both in the video and phone call. Couldn't ask for more!

We have been very pleased indeed with the helpfulness and support of the team at mallusk. The car was leased under the Motability scheme and was in yesterday for the annual service which was carried out very promptly and efficiently and the staff were very friendly and cheerful
