Been in three times. First time no one couos see me, made appointment to come back, your employee had no clue aboit finance options or figures.Came back a third time to look, employee couldn't tell me when car was would be available. Said I wanted the one in the show room and was told I couldnt have it but 3 weeks prior to that I was told it was sold to someone. So I order to purchase a car, I jad to iur have before being ts when I could havee one.. ridiculous.... fella went thought a quote and it turned out mo they.paents were a hella lot higher tha quoted before. Try sending your staff to BMW for customer service training. Will never be back near Renault..even throwing money as you all, ya still couldn't loft the phone. This email for a survey is the first instance heard from anyone...seems yoi dont need kich skill to seel cars these day or any knowledge for that matter.

Was promised it and would be delivered emailed. phoned this last year and still haven't got it just ignored

Declan was very good. Not pushy at all.

Hi, I am very happy with the service of my Clio, especially because it was collected from my home and left back. The collection and return was completed by very nice people and the result of the Service was very welcome.Regards,Elizabeth Burrows

Very small range of cars on site

Further to my TrustPilot Review I have been recommended to contact you directly about the poor experience I had. Please find a summary of the issue below:My vehicle (KL53WTF) was recovered to Charles Hurst Renault Belfast on 27th August for control unit coding. After two days without any update, I called to confirm whether it had arrived. I was told it had, but it hadn’t yet been inspected—which was understandable. However, after a full week of silence, I called again on 3rd September and was informed the car was ready for collection.Upon arrival, the service advisor said that 1.5 hours had been spent on the job, despite the original quote being one hour. I was charged an additional £89.40 without any prior authorisation or communication. While the work may have been completed, the lack of updates and failure to confirm added labour costs left a sour taste. The customer service and transparency throughout were severely lacking. My concerns with the service received:•     No courtesy call to confirm my vehicle had arrived on site•     No updates provided during the visit—I had to chase for information•     No call to advise on the extra time required, nor any request for authorisation; I was simply expected to pay the additional cost without prior notice•     No notification that the car was ready for collectionI would have been happy to pay the added £89.40 had I been informed in advance and given the opportunity to approve the extra labour. However, the lack of communication and absence of prior authorization makes this charge feel inappropriate. As such, I believe a refund or partial refund of the added cost would be a fair and reasonable resolution—particularly given this is my second poor experience with Charles Hurst. In 2023, I traded in a vehicle for £15,000 to Cupra Belfast, which was put on sale before I had received any payment. I was only paid (over a week later) after raising the issue publicly.Given these two experiences, I can honestly say I have no desire to engage with any Charles Hurst dealership in the future.I look forward to your response.Kind regards,Adam

It took several attempts to reach a salesperson. However once Stephen in Renault Belfast was given the details he handled my enquiry and organised a test drive promptly, and provided us with a competitive quote.

Really pleased with Clio Alpine except for minorIssue.Front car seats very firm and uncomfortable after 20 miles.Could you recommend any car cushions to fit.Ref IMZ7739

Couldn't advise when a vehicle would be available and continued to take details probably as it was another target they had to show. Waste of timeThe visit prior to that, the salesperson didn't even know about the method of ownershipi wanted and he worked in the business section. Price he gavme varied massively from another colleague.
