I applied for a mobility car in November 2021 and I am still waiting to receive the vehicle I picked. I understand this is hard times at the moment with COVID and war in ukraine to get vehicle's and parts but I am beginning to lose interest in getting this vehicle.

Received emails to book service online however, when I tried to use it there was an error. Would be great way of booking as it is not always convenient to take phone calls during working hours.

I wish to credit the Renault Manager John and Senior Sales Person Paul assist by the mobility expert Ruth who handled the initial introduction to the controls on the vehicle and had time for us. Wonderful five star service and we will be back.
