Regardless of whether or not my service is in Belfast or Newtownards the one stand out aspect of the visit it consistently the nature and attitude of your customer service representatives. I'm always impressed every time I attend and they are easily the reason I don't consider taking my car anywhere else. Your staff are something that you can be very proud of. They reflect very well on your business.

The service tracker didn't give me any updates until I arrived back to pick up the car at the agreed time. In fact the car had been picked up & we were back home before I got a message saying the car was ready. Apart from that the service was very good

Excellent service staff were very welcoming and polite and very helpful all good .

Second car left in to be fixed within 2 weeks and again, very please with the way I was dealt with. Paul in the service department really made the experience very efficient.
