Mr Paul Loughrey dealt with myself during the time that my vehicle was being repaired. He was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. He updated me by telephone when there were additional matters requiring attention & he was able to work out the best deal for the cost of the repair. The handover of my vehicle before & after the repair was completed promptly & without fuss.

I have been dealing with Charles Hurst Belfast for over 9 years now; I have found that the post sales attention is excellent , with every effort made to correct/answer any of my queries. Even when I call in to the dealership to ask for help, the staff spare no effort to have me back on the road as quickly as possible with the minimum of waiting time.

the shuttle bus service has gone, would like to see this back, a long time from 09:30, to 15:00, to wait on boucher road.
