There was a mix up with the booking dates so when I called to ask about leaving it up early I was told it hadn’t been booked in at all meaning it was booked in the following week which wasn’t ideal due to family circumstances. Other than that, all good.

Rather than be given a drop your car off 8am or 9am for example and collect at 4pm or 5pm it would be better to give a shorted window that is closer with the actual time your cars work is scheduled to start.

A few minor things - the number that appears when someone from the dealership rings can't be rung back. It goes to an automated response. The website can be temperamental so it's not clear that a booking has been confirmed.

Yes we did get sent a video but the sound quality was very poor but the guy in service department Paul Loughery was more than helpful. He rang & explained everything. He also answered all our questions when we went to collect the car.
