The salesman was very pushy..he just focused on getting a sale which completely put me off making any purchase.I subsequently went to a few other garages which were completely different.I despise high pressure salesmen

Jake the salesman was excellent, no pressure to buy like you get with other garages, will certainly keep an eye on what is for sale at hursts, unfortunately the car in question didn't suit.

I have been a customer here for many years now.The staff on reception were very helpful advising me when I should get the car serviced as the MOT was coming up.The staff doing the work on the car were able to inform me of one or two things which needed done especially as the MOT was coming up.All was done and the car passed the MOT once again!Thanks to everyoneBrian Lynas

Purchased a vehicle July 2025 on the understanding he was getting a good deal, however the cust has now received a call to say the service is due in May. He is slightly confused by this as he is the only owner of the vehicle. When checking his log book it has a previous owner on the V5. The vehicle was original registered in May. The cust would like to know what has happened with this and why he hadnt been advised of this.
