My visit was excellent I met again Mr Stephen Moore and he recognised me from a few years ago when I purchased a Kadjar from Charles Hurst Newtownabbey at Mallusk and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had in a long time he gave me a price to change which I found very favourable and I did not hesitate to agree to change I would thoroughly recommend Charles Hurst to anyone wishing to purchase a Renault I did not shop around other showrooms as I felt this was too good to resist and there was no pressure put on me at any time unlike others I have dealt with in the past Well done Charles Hurst certainly the cream of the crop in my eyes Thank you for an excellent purchase of the Renault Arkana

I have always found the showroom very welcoming to go into. From being greeted at the door by a very pleasant lady, offering a cup of tea, to Stephen, who I have dealt with for many years, and salesperson Justin. I really appreciated the time they spent with me when I picked up my new car, explaining all the new functions and making sure I was comfortable driving as I had changed to an automatic.

I have a service contract with you I had to ring to make appointment as your records were not updated you did not contact me first. Then when I was talking to Olivia who then booked me in I asked why they had not contacted me 're hassle free mot service I was told that was because their system had shown it was due last September and i coukd arrange it with them when i brought car fir service. When i turned up for service i was told the car would have to stay with you for 2 days. I explained I only had one car and could not do that as I am carer for my husband. So I got my service and you arranged mot for early April it was due 19th February I was told you would check daily and would contact me if you got cancellation in meantime. Hopefully next year your system will be up to date.

When collecting car after service there appeared to be some confusion with regards to my invoice/receipt - it had not been made up but was e-mailed the following day. I then brought my car back for further agreed work and the same thing happened with regards to the invoice/receipt. I was told it would be e-mailed to me but 5 days later I have received nothing. This needs to be addressed.
