Chloe went through everything really well when I was choosing my car, gave me clear options and kept in regular contact to keep me updated on when I could expect my car to be delivered. She got me my vehicle sooner than expected and arranged for someone else to do the handover on her day off so I didn't have to wait longer once it arrived
