The car was being PRE-MOT checked; 6 months and 2000 miles after a full service. This is my first visit to Newtownabbey for a service, previously I was seen at the Belfast branch. Service was 100% and Charles Hurst booked my MOT for me at the Larne MOT Test Centre.

There was a little confusion with the dealership not aware I what I had booked, but when I said it was worked out without any fuss. Excellent service

Someone moved my driver seat. I've not been able to get it back to the 'right' position. I've fiddled with it a number of times and can't define exactly what's wrong but it's different from where I had it before the service. I'm not particularly tall, small or fat so think the technician could have moved the car into the work area and back without moving my seat. It may seem a minor thing but it's irritating.
