Nothing

Covid problem here. My MOT was due in May 21, MOT's weren't being done in NI, therefore I could not book an MOT until notified to do so by the DVA in September. However I kept getting reminders from Hursts each month. Also, the team seemed surprised I had booked the MOT myself. Should they have done this under my MOT guarantee?

I was told on the phone a service takes approximately 2 - 3 hours so planned day around that giving 4 hours yet on leaving the car in at 9.30 was told it would be ready at 4.30. I understand its to allow time to do repairs ect but I felt it was quite a while to expect a customer to go without their car for. I was tempted to forget the service altogether as If I had opted to wait would I have been told the same? Thankfully I explained I couldn't wait that long and my service was quick. I had the car back by lunch time.

Very disappointed in regards to my booking appointment. Booked well in advance but on arrival, I was told there was no booking/appointment listed for me. Thankfully my car was serviced and efficiently too.

Would like the option of service plan

After leaving the showroom and at our next stop I had a serious problem with with the handbrake . I rang the showroom and Justin came to my rescue and saved the day! He was fantastic and explained how it all worked…what a guy!
