The folk who dealt with us Justin and Kyeim were so approachable, friendly and could not have been more helpful. However, the correct paperwork was not provided as we discovered when trying twice to tax the vehicle. Turns out the paperwork was in Charles Hurst Renault in Boucher Road which we had to go and find to get paperwork. It wasn't left at the front desk as promised but elsewhere in the building. We were told the next time we were up your direction the car would be filled with a tank of petrol. It's not an area we would frequent being from Portadown so I doubt by the time we would ever get up there the promise of a full tank of petrol would be forgotten about. Finally as we headed down the motorway home the tire inflation sign came on. Took it to nearest garage next morning and all 4 tyres were inflated differently - 35, 31, 33,34 - very disappointing as I would have expected that all would have been correctly inflated before we picked up the vehicle.
