No-one greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. After waiting 10 minutes I had to approach the single salesman who was already with customers to ask if he was who my appointment was with. I would have preferred not to have had to do that as I was not comfortable interrupting, but I had no idea how long I would have been waiting.
