My husband is a Motability customer. Due to the ongoing problems sorting a car to my husbands request is the reason we have not been able to make a deal. It is absolutely no reflection on the Representative of your Company. He was excellent in every way that you would like a representative to be polite, courteous, and helpful. He is keeping an eye out for us to contact us when things change with motability etc.

I called in on 23/03/22 to discuss a review of my current car and finance arrangements. By the following week, on 30/03/22 I drove away in my new car. I was very impressed with how Jade Henderson, Paul Coulter and Reece Corr looked after me. They listened as I explained my circumstances needing a reliable car with a good sized boot for my job as a Special Needs teacher who travels to different schools all week teaching.
