Robert was outstanding. A very helpful gentleman who did much more than I expected in terms of customer care. Very patient, clear and simple explanations and a real desire to sort things in a timely manner. He would make a good mentor or trainer for other staff.

Charged for screen wash even though the screen reservoir tank was filled before traveling the 4 miles from my home to the garage and was not used. ' disappointing'
