I have a personalised number plate but the original one is always used when I have to book anything

The Newtownards Charles Hurst service staff are excellent. They are welcoming and efficient. They kept me updated and I collected my car at an agreed time.

I have visited Renault Newtownards on several occasions; always. have been met with the willingness and courtesy of all staff; every time I have had immediate attention although I may have had to wait a little while but glad to do so as it meant that I could carry on driving having the assurance that all was well with the car.
