Great customer service

From the first time I visited the dealership to the day I collected my car I was very impressed with the service I received and the knowledge and professionalism of the team. A first class buying experience, which I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately the light came up as I was driving away indicating that my rear left tyre pressure needed adjustment. This light had previously been on for 2 months. I would have thought that a service and subsequent bill of £760 would have included checking and correcting the tyre pressures on my vehicle. I fixed the problem myself. I did not go back to the garage as they had already had the car for 2 days.

As no courtesy cars are available, it would be good to know how long the service would take in advance as I needed the car. But it was competed ASAP and overall it was a very positive experience.
