I think video had expired before I seen it

No response from my initial contact - I was told service would contact me , I they didn’t and I had to follow up to book car in. Once booked Robert (Newtownards) was fantastic, really good to deal with and communicated really well through out the process.

David (sales) has excellent communication skills, great knowledge of the car (Renault Captur) and associated products. His customer service is second to none. The initial video presentation was extensive and gave a great feel of both the exterior and interior features of the car before actually seeing it in person. Reece (manager) also introduced himself and ensured we were totally satisfied with the service we received. Would highly recommend Charles Hurst Newtownards to anyone thinking of buying a Renault.

I thought the fault should/could have been spotted or at least suspected by a qualified mechanic, especially after it was taken on a test drive more than once. I was not given a report on the work done on my car although it was requested. I was surprised that a main dealership who will always be looking for new business, does not offer a collection/drop off service and/or a loan vehicle. We had no such issues where we lived previously. I would like to commend the dealership on the cleanliness of the waiting area and the friendly, polite attitude shown by members of the team.
