No transparency. Vague manner of dealing and offered prices much higher than advertised.

My question was answered fully and the staff were lovely to deal with. Everyone I have dealt with have went over and above to help me. Sam who sold the car was amazing as were the staff on the phone and at the reception. We had so much fun when buying the new car at the loyalty event.

I arranged to see a particular car, and I noticed the ad was no longer live. I called and asked was the car still available and was told not to worry they had plenty more of the same car for me to test drive. I arrived at 11.55am for my 12pm appointment, and wasn't seen til 12.20pm. It transpired that there was no car for me to test drive, and they tried to sell me a car that wasn't due in for another few weeks. Also pretty strong on trying to sell finance and I'm pretty sure they crossed the line of 'non-advisory'. They kept also saying they were legally obliged to offer me finance, which they are not, they are however obliged as per the Court of Appeal to disclose commission rates - which they didn't. Overall really not satisfied, I have a disability that means it's difficult for me to get out and about, hence the switch to automatic, and this was a complete waste of time for someone with limited energy and mobility, especially given I had phoned to check that morning.

I wasn’t really impressed as I was told initially the APR was 0% then it went to 8.4%. I didn’t feel even though I was let to believe great deals were to be had I didn’t witness that.

Little selection of chrs

I asked me see into a car just outside the showroom. First I was told it was a customer car, which I replied that there was a customer just looking at it 5 minutes ago. She went into the office and came out and said a sales person would be out to see me but she didn't know how long. we waited 5 minutes and no one came We left. All I was looking to see the interior of the car.
