Hi AndrewAs discussed - I bought the vehicle in my name ( I am doctor and separate business from my husband )When I received the VC5 the agent has registered my vehicle in my husbands name.As per e mail correspondence below the agent Ben Marsden agreed it was his error and assured me that the VC5 would be changed and to reflect only one previous owner .I received the VC5 today and it is reflecting that there is 2 previous ownersI am not happy about this as implications when come to change my car.Also at the time of purchase the car was taxed for one year . My husband received a refund cheque from DVLA for £516.66This means I have been driving my car from 20-3-26 untaxedI have renewed tax today £352 for 6 months (£670 per year)Enclosed also is VC5 which incorrectly states 2 previous ownersMany thanks for your help in this matterKR Olive

I am a lady of mature years and it was to my liking.It was shown to me and I was delighted with everything. The car was in perfect conditionand presented to me as if it was just brand new. Just had a call with the Toyota manager of the Boucher road branch I believe about a RAV4 we were sold with a faulty windshield. Who will probably get his email as he is the main person in charge. No one higher I believe he said.I would like the full checks you did on the car before you sold it to us. As if this past all your “Toyota approved” checks you will be able to hand them over to us.And please don’t try to make a case again how a car windshield is the same as a tyre. Two completely different things.And also if you do manage to figure out how to use your system to find the sale you will be able to see why I am so annoyed because this isn’t a he only thing we weren’t told about. Was sold bells and whistles about car play. Took 3 months to get it fixed. We sold a dream about spray for the seats. Never worked.

We were dealt with by Barry and Debbie and Alistair who were very friendly and professional - we have previously bought from Toyota and are very pleased with the service we have received - thankyou .

My vehicle has been in for repair since 5th January 2026 and no satisfactory outcome has been achieved. It was left in on this date from Wrights Accident Repairs where it had gone in for minor body work repairs. In the course of this an electrical fault was caused which Wrights were unable to fix. I consider this an unreasonable amount of time for resolution.
