Very friendly and easy to work with

I have already made a complaint , ticket number 86205323.You have never responded .I would like to escalate this to an independent administrator or through court proceedings .

Due to a lapse in communication with my wife, there was a mix up over Saturday’s appointment. ,However, I went this morning. I spoke to the receptionist who said she would get a sales person to speak to me. I left 45 minutes later, with no one coming near me in the meantime

I was very disappointed with the level of service, there was no real help given on the day I visited. The person I was dealing with gave the impression that they did not have time to help, I was made to feel like I was inconvenience and any questions I had were vaguly dismissed, even though I had booked in for an appointment. Another staff member did offer to step in and help right at the very end of our visit but by that stage I had had enough and thanked the original staff member for her patience which was sarcasim on my part as it was beyond ridiculous at that stage. I had travelled over an hour to get there and was really excited at the thought of buying a car. I came to buy a car and left feeling confused, annoyed and angry.I can understand that someone might be busy, or having a stressful day but they need to communicate that to the customer. Even if the staff member had said - I'm running a bit behind, here's a seat and coffee, let me finish what im doing here and I will be back with you asap and you will have my full attention. That would have been fine with me or if they had have passed me on to another person at the start, that would have worked too, but instead it made the business look really chaotic and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Toyota Belfast in future.

Contacted Debbie to enquire about the availability of a model to look at (didn't want to waste journey in the event of it not being there!). Debbie was courteous and able to inform me one would be available to look at. Greeted by lady on reception who informed Debbie of our arrival. Debbie brought the vehicle around and we were left to look at our leisure - no sales pressure which was much appreciated! It's just unfortunate that the car was unsuitable but our limited experience of Charles Hurst Toyota was excellent. Maybe next time!

Perfectly happy, my rating probably should be 5 stars but the coffee machine wasn't working.

I recently bought a Toyota Cross Hybrid from Toyota Boucher Road Belfast. I was initially very happy with the car but someone told me that the two rear wheels tread were low. I took it to a tyre fitter who said in his view the two back tyres needed replaced. I tmwent back to Toxota and was toldvthat there report showed the tyres were safe. I then spoke with a neighbour who deals in cars and he said in his view the rear tyres neddeded replaced. IHe regularly deals with Zara the show room manager. I went down and spoke to her and she got the car put on the ramp, and told me that there was 10,000 miles left on the tyres. I was please at this until I spoke to my neighbour again who said view. His opinion the tyres definitely needed replaced. I then took the car to Charles Hurst Tyres on Boucher Road. The gentleman that tested the car said in his view the two rear tyres needed replaced. He checked the tyre tread, which was 2.5 mm on the passenger rear ttyre and 3mm on the other rear tyre. I Know thi is above the legal limit but Toyota recommend on safety grounds that the tyres be replaced at 3mm for safety. When I spoke to Zara on the phone who appeared to be resistant to changing the tyres . I am disappointed in the response that I have received, at each stage.

Debbie was excellent showing me all aspects of the Toyota car that interested me. Unfortunately I was unable to travel up to Belfast and take test drive. I missed phone calls as I had to go to Danske Bank when my I pad froze. However I will keep in touch with this firm. Sales staff very friendly, competent and know their job very well. Thank you .
